Attention: Dog Moms struggling with fear and confidence

The Week-Long Challenge to Crush Life’s Challenges (Jan 11th)

I’m sure we’ve all been told time and time again that the the key to growth is stepping out of your comfort zone, and you know this advice is household wisdom for a reason.

The fact is we're wired to seek out comfort, which is why it's so hard to let it goIt's not that you don't want to step outside of your comfort zone, it's that you don't know where it ends and it's the fear of not knowing where it is, what it looks like and how to get there that keeps you complacent.

Our comfort zone is our natural, neutral state -- a place where stress and anxiety are minimal, where we know what's coming next and can plan accordingly which means you start holding yourself back instead of challenging yourself to learn, grow and try new things.

But the truth is "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone". Tackling the unknown and proving to yourself you can push past your boundaries and limiting self-beliefs builds your self-confidence and self-esteem. Insecurity loves to feed on your habit of not trying.

My name is Desh Valcin. The creator of the Fearless Dog Mom Challenge.  I’ve had my own personal journey of growth over the last 8 months, where I’ve deliberately made an effort to put myself into uncomfortable situations, some that I had never dreamt of doing, to really break through any mental or physical barriers I’d made-up for myself in my own head. In doing so, my efforts have been fruitful, and I’ve seen immense payoff in the areas of business and my personal life.

Great things have happened to me, and I want all of you to experience the same surge of confidence and self-esteem that I did. When I made the active choice to become a better version of myself I moved to China and spent over a decade traveling the world and learning about myself, I had the chance to pitch my business to influential investors such as Paypal, and have consequently had my business featured in over 12 publications such as the NY Times.

My education is in mental health counseling, but my trade is dog events, and I’ve created an online challenge that will help you step into your power all while relishing in the company of man and woman’s best friend, your dog!

My free 5-day challenge will take place through Instagram, however, you’re tasked with the job of going out into the world and living these challenges for yourself, with a little emotional support from your furry friend, and then posting them on your social media feed to keep track of your progress. Of course, you might be thinking that 5 days isn’t nearly enough to change your life, and while it might not be huge change, it’s often the incremental change, or the baby steps, that really add up to the big stuff when we get a chance to look back on how much you’ve grown.

When you sign up for the challenge, My team will update you daily with what your new challenge for the day is, and you’ll immediately begin to take steps in changing your mindset. The aim is to help you let go of the fear of being judged by others so that you can be your true authentic self. That is when the abundance you deserve starts flowing toward you.
